Mrs. Lucynthia B. Gieck, age 77 years, of Jefferson City, Mo. passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012 at St. Mary’s Health Center.

Cindy was born on July 27, 1934 in Edinburgh, Indiana the daughter of Roy and Ella Jane Buckner Kerr.  She was married in Jefferson City, Mo. to Merle Lee Gieck.     

A lifelong resident of the Jefferson City area, Cindy was a homemaker for the majority of her life.

She enjoyed collecting snow buddies.

Survivors include: two sons, Larry Gregory of Jefferson City, Mo. and Marvin Gregory and his wife Linda of Eldon, Mo.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Private graveside services and interment will be conducted at Riverview Cemetery.

Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
